Carole has been practicing Estate Planning and Elder Law for fifteen years and
is licensed in both South Carolina and
North Carolina. Carole was selected by her peers
for inclusion in the 2010 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the
specialty of Elder Law.
She has twice been elected to the
governing body of the Elder Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association
and also contributed as chapter editor to the NC Estate Administration Manual
published by the Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Section. She is a Trustee of
the Helen Clabough Charitable Foundation and served as a member of the Ethics
Committee for Watauga
Hospital
and as a director of Blowing
Rock Hospital.
