Bio: After graduating from the University of South Carolina Law School in 1979, David was employed by the South Carolina Supreme Court both as a law clerk for Justice William L. Rhodes and as a staff attorney. He was thereafter employed with Love, Thornton, Arnold & Thomason in 1981, concentrating his practice in insurance defense and products liability litigation. He has been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates in recognition of his litigation skills in both federal and state courts. He is also a member of the South Carolina Bar, the South Carolina Defense Trial Lawyer’s Association and the Defense Research Institute.
